However in KDE 4.6.5 the previous steps no longer work, so posting the new steps to get different backgrounds in KDE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8216;Start Menu&#8217; (The K at the bottom Right of the screen)<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;System Settings&#8217; under the Settings menu <\/li>\n<li>Double Click on the &#8216;Workspace Behavior&#8217; under the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Workspace Appearance and Behavior\u00e2\u20ac\u009d section<\/li>\n<li>Check the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Different widgets for each desktop\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n<li>Click Apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That&#8217;s it. Now you can change the wallpaper by Right clicking on the desktop and selecting &#8216;Desktop Settings&#8217;.
