You should also go through the Basic setup guide for Raspberry Pi at: http://elinux.org/RPi_Hardware_Basic_Setup. Hope this helps.

I have tried to download this (icaclient_12.1.0_armel.deb).It is not working on Raspberry pie and i have downloaded soft-float debian wheezy.
